What this site is for

This website is for commercial insurance quote requests in our nine service-area states: Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Arkansas, Arizona, South Dakota, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Indiana. Do not send medical records, consumer health data, or information about a child through the public form.

Information we collect

If you use the quote form, we receive the details you choose to send: contact name, email, phone, entity name, EIN, DBA, business property address, city, state, ZIP, mailing address, detailed business description, website, gross sales, annual payroll, number of employees, current insurance company, expiration date, and your consent. If you later become a client, we also collect underwriting information needed to place or service a policy by a follow-up channel you agree to.

Server logs may record IP address, user-agent, referring URL, and the pages requested, for security and diagnostics. By default this site does not set non-essential cookies and does not load analytics.

How we use information

We use submissions to contact you about commercial insurance, to seek terms from insurance carriers and their underwriting partners, to service accounts if you bind, and to meet record-keeping and regulatory duties. A quote request is not a binder. We do not sell your information.

Sharing and partner / affiliate referral

We share what a carrier, managing general agent, or necessary vendor needs to underwrite, bind, or service a commercial account, or what a regulator, court, or auditor lawfully requires. We do not share quote-form data with advertisers.

If a product or class is outside our appetite or the markets we place, we may refer your submission to a partner or affiliate insurance agency or brokerage so that firm can contact you about coverage. We do this only after you submit the quote form and give consent. We do not sell the file.

Calls, texts, and consent

If you submit the quote form and check the consent box, you consent to Business Insurance Brokers LLC contacting you by phone, email, or text at the number and email you provided about this insurance request. If the request is outside our appetite or licensed products, you also consent to Business Insurance Brokers LLC sharing the submission with a partner or affiliate agency or brokerage so they may contact you. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. A quote is not a binder.

Retention

Quote files that do not become accounts are kept long enough to finish the conversation and to meet any legal hold, then removed from active use. Bound accounts follow insurance-recordkeeping practice.

Access, correction, and deletion

To ask what we hold about your submission, to correct it, or to request deletion, use the quote form and say that your message is a privacy request.

Children

The site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If our practices change — including adding analytics — we will update this page and the effective date.
