Workers Compensation Insurance Brokers is the brand for employer workers compensation quote requests across our nine service-area states. Use the quote form for new WC submissions and privacy requests.
What you may use this site for
You may read the public pages and submit a quote request for a commercial business operating in Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Arkansas, Arizona, South Dakota, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Indiana. You may not use the form to submit risks outside those service-area states as a marketed placement, to request products this site does not offer, or to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content.
A quote is not a binder
Submitting the form, receiving a follow-up, or seeing an estimated premium does not bind coverage. Coverage exists only when an insurance carrier issues confirmation according to its rules and the policy forms it issues.
Accuracy and referral
You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You authorize us to share the submission with carriers, underwriting partners, and, when you have consented, affiliate or partner agencies if we refer the file.
